We are fourteen people in a former printworks near the river. We draw by hand before we model, we eat lunch together at one long table, and we leave at six. Everyone works on site. Juniors join partners on visits from their first month, and every architect leads a small project of their own within two years.

Four-day August
The studio closes for the first three weeks of August, and works four-day weeks for the rest of the month.

Study fund
€1,800 a year for courses, books, travel to buildings and conferences of your choosing.

Lunch, every day
A shared lunch cooked in the studio kitchen, Monday to Friday.

Fair hours
Forty hours a week. Overtime before deadlines is rare, recorded and returned as time off.

Private health insurance for you and your family, and a matched pension contribution of 4%.

Build something
One week a year in our partner workshops in the Alentejo, making a piece of your own.
